It is a tough task for the unfancied Moroccans to overcome the reigning European champions but they will be roared on by a partisan crowd in Marrakech.
"This is not just about Raja, or any city in particular, this is about Morocco as a whole," said Raja midfielder Kouko Guehi. "All the club presidents came here to support us, all of Morocco supports us and that is truly heart warming.
"We will need the best of us to (win),'' Raja coach Faouzi Benzarti.
"We will fight in this final, show them that we are men, warriors. We are going to fight on all fronts to win this final."
Raja became only the second African club to reach the final by pulling off a stunning 3-1 win against Brazil's Atletico Mineiro - a team which featured two-time World Footballer of the Year Ronaldinho.
And they will take confidence into the match despite having a squad that sits only mid-table in the Moroccan league and cost a mere £7.9m to assemble, compared to the £408m splashed out by Bayern.
On paper, the game seems to be the biggest mismatch in the history of the competition.
While Bayern are unbeaten in the Bundesliga since October last year, Raja's results in the Moroccan league have been so bad that they fired coach Mohamed Fakhir earlier this month.
However, new coach Faouzi Benzarti has made an instant impact.
"He's definitely got the best out of us and given us fresh confidence after an unfortunate run of results," forward Mouhssine Iajour said.
"His approach is more attack-minded than our previous coach. He always wants us to attack, no matter what the state of the game is."
Benzarti's own words leave no room for doubt that he will not send his team out to sit back.
"We will need the best of us to win. We know the character of the German teams. We should not let them attack us all the time," he said.
Whether Raja will get the chance to attack Bayern depends on their ability to defy the odds again and play the game of their lives.
Only in the tournament as champions of the host nation, Raja's run has been remarkable but few people would back them against Bayern.
The Germans were given byes until the semi-final stage, where they showed their quality by sweeping aside Asian champions Guangzhou Evergrande of China 3-0.

However, Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has warned the club to be on their guard.
"Everyone expected Atletico Mineiro to make the final. No-one, not even here in Morocco, thought Casablanca would make it,'' he said. "It's a surprise to everyone, us included.
"There can be no complacency and arrogance just because they're not well-known in the footballing world.
"But the Bayern team is too stable, has too much good character, and the coach is too ambitious this year. All of them want this trophy. It would mean we've won everything there is to win."
The Germans have already won the Champions League, Bundesliga, German Cup and Uefa Super Cup.
"Getting to the final was a must,'' Bayern captain Philipp Lahm said. "It gives us the opportunity to get our hands on another trophy.''
