But fellow winger Martyn Woolford and on-loan Crystal Palace striker Jermaine Easter are cup-tied.
Wigan boss Roberto Martinez will be picking from strength for the Wembley clash.
The Latics chief reports no fresh injury concerns following his side's last-gasp 1-1 draw at QPR last time.
His major selection dilemmas centre around whether to partner James McArthur or Jordi Gomez with James McCarthy in central midfield and if Callum McManaman will be selected ahead of Franco di Santo.
Millwall
• Millwall are in the FA Cup semi-final for the fifth time in their 128-year history.
• The Lions, who have kept clean sheets in their last three ties and have only conceded one goal in this cup run, are aiming to qualify for the final for the first time since 2004 - when they lost 3-0 to Manchester United at the Millennium Stadium.
• This will be Millwall's fourth appearance at Wembley, although they were there for the War Time cup final in 1945. Their first official visit was at the old stadium for the Auto Windscreens Shield in 1999, then for the 2009 and 2010 League One play-off finals against Scunthorpe (lost 2-3) and Swindon (won 1-0) respectively.
• Kenny Jackett, the longest-serving manager in the Championship, led out the side for both those play-off finals. This is Jackett's 300th game in charge.
• Victory for the London-based Championship outfit would make it the 26th time a non top-flight club has reached the final.
• Danny Shittu is the only player who has scored twice in this FA Cup run for Millwall.
Wigan Athletic
• Wigan are on a club record run in the FA Cup, having never before progressed beyond the quarter-finals, which they graced in 1987.
• All of Wigan's victories in this season's competition - against Bournemouth, Macclesfield, Huddersfield and Everton - were achieved away from home.
• The 2006 League Cup runners-up, who lost 4-0 to Manchester United in the final at the Millennium Stadium, are paying a first visit to the new Wembley.
• The Latics had a 100% record in cup ties at the old Wembley. They beat Brentford 3-1 in the 1985 Freight Rover Trophy final and Millwall 1-0 in the Auto Windscreens Shield in 1999. But they also tasted defeat there in the 2000 Division Two play-off final against Gillingham.
• Manager Roberto Martinez was a player at the club when they won the Auto Windscreens Shield and was given a winners' medal, although he did not play in the final due to injury.
